The office is very nice and has a great feel. Aquarium, crystals, geodes right when you enter. Katherine (front office) is fantastic and always happy to help with anything needed. My experience with Dr. Tong was always great. She is a good listener, takes the time to understand your needs and questions, and I’ve never been rushed out of the office. Five stars!

After 5 years in California, Dr. Tong is the first doctor I’ve trusted as my PCP..!! She is the absolute best. She not only listens to her patients.. she understands and trusts them! My wife suffers from dystonia (involuntary contraction of muscles in her neck, shoulders and back) causing her great discomfort and pain. My wife recently had a “dystonic storm” that left her body twisted and in pain. With our first visit to Dr. Tong (highly recommended by my wife’s doctor) while suffering from her dystonic storm, Dr. Tong patiently and successfully treated her condition with a series of injections and acupuncture. We highly recommend Dr. Tong for those of you suffering from painful or uncomfortable conditions that aren’t resolved with prescription meds. Dr. Tong and her staff are pleasant and professional. We will be going back.

Dr. Tong is wonderful! She’s very personal and caring. She works to understand and I did not feel rushed. She has me on a wellness plan, that is working. I would highly her! In fact, I’m referring both my daughters to her!

This office has been so supportive and responsive to my 100s of questions via phone or email! They call me when they have cancellations so I can see Dr. Elain sooner via Zoom or in person. I recently switched from Kaiser and I was terrified that it was going to be a big mistake. I had no idea who I was getting but I am so glad it was this office. Super friendly staff, Katherine is amazing, and nice clean office. This will be my Doctors office for the foreseeable future.
